If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help!
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Custom wear (including clubwear) are unable to be returned, refunded or exchanged. Please insure you have the right sizes when ordering.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging (where applicable).
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Contact us at email@example.com BEFORE posting, stating the item you wish to return and reason for return.
- Pop the items into a postage back and take to your local post office or curiour service* and return to the address provided via email.
- You will recieve a full refund (excluding the cost of shipping) when the items are inspected by our team and deemed to be in satisfactory condition.
*Please use a trust worthy curiour for returning items as you are liable for any items until they arrive back with us.
